Pricing questions
- Is the Solo plan really free?
- Yes — solo operators can quote, schedule, invoice and take card payments for free. Your customer documents carry a small “Powered by Crewato” mark, which paid plans remove.
- How does per-user pricing work?
- On Pro, you pay for each team member who logs in — office staff and technicians. Add or remove people as your crew changes.
- Are there payment processing fees?
- Online card payments are processed through a connected payment account, which charges its own standard per-transaction fee. Crewato doesn’t add a markup.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Anytime. Start free, upgrade when you add crew, and downgrade if your needs change.
